Our Services

  • Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between a trained therapist and an individual or group, aimed at addressing psychological challenges, emotional distress, and behavioral patterns. It involves various therapeutic techniques, such as talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and psychodynamic exploration, with the goal of promoting insight, resilience, and positive change in thought processes, emotions, and behavior.

  • Medication management refers to the systematic and comprehensive oversight of an individual's medication regimen by a healthcare professional, typically a physician, pharmacist, or nurse. It involves the prescribing, monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing of medications to ensure their effectiveness, safety, and appropriateness for the individual's medical condition(s) and overall health.

  • Treatment-resistant consultations refer to medical or therapeutic sessions involving individuals who have not shown significant improvement or response to previous treatments or interventions. These consultations often occur when a patient's condition persists or worsens despite attempts with standard or conventional therapies. In such cases, healthcare professionals may seek further evaluation, exploration of alternative treatment options, or specialized expertise to address the challenges posed by the individual's resistance to previous interventions.

  • Telehealth services encompass a range of healthcare-related services delivered remotely using telecommunications technology. These services leverage digital communication tools such as video conferencing, phone calls, text messaging, and secure online platforms to facilitate interactions between patients and healthcare providers. Telehealth services can include virtual consultations, remote monitoring of vital signs and symptoms, medication management, mental health therapy sessions, and health education.

  • Child and adolescent psychiatry is a specialized branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental health disorders in children and adolescents. Psychiatrists in this field are trained to understand the unique developmental stages and psychological needs of young people, ranging from infancy to late adolescence. They assess and address various issues such as behavioral problems, mood disorders, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, and psychotic disorders.
